The Road Map

This is Cyrus Force road map to save Iran,  our ultimate goal as the Iranian-Americans.

Today, spreading words and writing articles about the history of several thousand years of Iran or the last hundred years, if it can be called the era of modernity and prosperity, will not heal the wound of today's Iran. Thus the looting, betrayal, and crimes of the Mullah’s Cult terrorist government continues until the complete destruction of Iran.

While the Iranian young generation inside the country are trapped in a large prison,  they are looking for ways to save themselves and to reach their own goals,  however, they won’t pay much attention to what the Iranian diaspora say or write in the West.

Today, the young generation of Iran lead the Woman Life Freedom Revolution  that started in late 2022 (after Mahsa Amini’s murder that spread like a wild fire across Iran and around the world), need more international support to succeed and continue with the revolution until freedom is archived.

In the fall of 1978, when Khomeini was immigrated to Paris, twelve Iranians were introduced to Khomeini with a text of a constitution specifying the separation of religion from the government based on human rights,  the freedom of the people and the press, and whatever the exiled political activists of the Shah's era wanted.

Khomeini confirmed and supported the spirit of the constitution and promised that it would be Iran’s future constitution.

The first slogan of the 1979 revolution was "Independence, Freedom, Constitution", which soon transformed to "Independence, Freedom, Islamic Republic"!

Until the day of the referendum to remove the Pahlavi regime and establish the Islamic Republic on April 1st, 1979, Khomeini preached  his principles via secret audio tapes to the people.

In his first major speech in Behesht Zahra Cemetery, he said: “Don't be just happy with our small progress, that we will provide you free water, electricity and transportation, be happy because we will build housing for you and even guarantee your future life”.

Soon after Khomeini's referendum on April 1st, 1979, with the formation of the Mullahs' Assembly of Experts instead of the Constituents Assembly, the real face of the regime was gradually revealed and the Mullahs started discussing their own flavor of the constitution.

The most important principle of the “Velayat Faqhih” (absolute power of the Supreme Ayatollah), which was opposed by the late Ayatollah Taleghani, caused street protests across Iran, that was witnessed largely in the City of Sanandaj, Kurdistan more than any other cities in Iran.

Khomeini dispatched all the armed forces to Kurdistan to crush the protesters.
Ayatollah Khalkhali (the butcher) was sent to Kurdistan along with young AhmadiNejad (the professional killers), to suppress the uprising by their mass killings in Kurdistan. Such criminal acts cannot be forgotten.

In that year, the images of the executioners won the Pulitzer Prize!

In August and early September 1979, Ayatollah Taleghani protested the principle of “Velayat-e-Faqhih”, departed the Assembly of Experts and went to his birthplace in Taleghan. After returning on September 16, 1979, they killed Ayatollah Taleghani, and quickly on 19th of September, Article 5 of “Velayat e Faghih” was inserted in the Mullah’s constitution, thus Khomeini's deception was completed.

During 1979-to-2024 cognizant 45 years since the inclusion of Article 5 into the Constitution, more than one Trillion (one thousand Billion) dollars have been stolen from Iran and deposited the funds in foreign banks in the name of mullahs / cronies.

All the industries, including precious minerals, government companies, agricultural companies were registered under the pretext of privatization in the name of the mullahs, their families and agents by the order of “Wali Faqhih”.

The killing of one million Iranian youths in the eight-year war and proxy wars can be attributed without a doubt the result of “Wali Faqhih” decree in Article 5 of the Constitution.

Majority of the Iranian people have opposed, spoken and written that with the Article-5, there is no need for a constitution!

It is known that the grand policy of the country is under the command of the jurist; e.g.,  war,  torture, execution, imprisonment,  the press, elections, trial without defending attorney, and the withdrawal of incredible amounts of currency, all with the permission of the Leader according to the Article 5 of the Constitution.

And today, the principle reason behind the "Woman Life Freedom" revolution, is hijab which has its roots in the Article 5 of “Velayat Faghih” of the jurist, at which in Iran is called "bring fire" and the executors of the orders of the jurisprudence, according to the Article 8th of the constitution, which is called “the order of the good behavior”.

According to Article 8, they suppress, throw acid on girls' faces, shot in face with rubber bullet causing blindness, poison female students in schools, and dozens of other criminal acts.

The youth of Iran should know that Poverty, Misery, and Crisis are the three factors that have kept the mullahs' regime in power since 1979 revolution .
The mullahs do not allow anyone to get rich except themselves causing severe Poverty and Misery across Iran. People's deep poverty to the point of selling their body parts, prostitution, and the need for subsidies and relying on government aids are mullahs’ ideals who would plunder and suppress more easily.

The scourge of state drug addiction and religious prostitution (Sigheh), which has become a source of income for the corrupt regime.

In such catastrophe, the US sanctions are favored by the mullahs' regime for two reasons:

1- To blame the poverty and misery of the people on the US sanctions,

2- Under the current US sanctions, the Mullahs’ regime have implemented a bypassing-sanctions-scheme by importing American goods and services through third countries at many times the original price and depositing the profits in the banks of the West and the East under the name of mullahs and their families.

The third factor of the regime's survival since 1979 is the creation of Crisis by the mullahs in the middle east region.

The West and the East Military Industrial Complex have shown interests in such lucrative market, and for this reason, the Western and Eastern Governments, whose economies prosper with the sale of arms,  favor the mullahs' regime survival.

The looting of Iran’s wealth by the mullahs’ regime and depositing the stolen money in foreign banks is another guaranteeing of support from the West and the East to keep the mullahs in power in Iran. embezzler

An example of a thousands of mullahs' thefts, is the transfer of three billion dollars to Canada by Mahmoud Reza Khavari, former Iranian bank executive and a close relative of Ayatollah Khamenei, at which the Canadian government issued a certificate of appreciation to this well-known Iranian fugitive embezzler.

Meanwhile, the Woman Life Freedom Revolution Inside Iran is alive & well and will continue despite the oppression and execution of protesters by the mullahs’ regime, but the uprising will never stop.

Outside of Iran, educated Iranian diaspora publish the news about inside of Iran quite well and in good intentions with the help of the Internet and express the proud history of Iran to the youth. There is not a day that Iranian diaspora groups, associations, congresses, parties, and groups do not gather nor demand the overthrow of the mullahs in Iran with petitions, announcements,  interviews, and conferences!
But these discourses do not even touch the robes of the mullahs in Iran, and despite all the human rights violations by the mullahs' regime, we witness the appointment of the chairmanship of the human rights committee!

No powerful government in the world and none of Iran's neighbors, especially the Arabs, are able or wish to change the mullahs' regime in Iran. Even Israel, the so-called main enemy of Iran's mullahs' regime, and according to Mr. Netanyahu, the mullahs' regime has brought Israel closer to the Arab world, Israel's sworn enemies.

There is no government in the world except the United States, that controls the Swift in the world banking system to strengthen the Dollar and has the financial power that can bring change in Iran.

Although the American foreign policy prohibits from engaging in set of activities that implicate changing of the constitution of another country, but the constitution of the Islamic Republic, which was written in 1979, includes specific eight articles to fight against America and the American Interests around the globe and to defeat America after forty-two years and the establishment of the Islamic World Government and the development of international terrorism and enmity with America and her allies and fighting with American interests around the world.

American historians should know that the power of the Ayatollahs’ regime in international terrorism and the fight against American interests is not only through its proxies, such as Hezbollah, Hamas, Yemeni Houthis, etc., but also the sleeping cells, with billions of dollars, by the approval of “Wali e Faqhih”, thousands of believers in “Wilayat Faqhih”, the rich immigrants of the Iranian regime have created all over the World, even in the United States.

American objection to the eight articles in the Islamic Republic constitution,  and a formal protest in the US Senate will have a profound domino effect echoing the "Woman Life Freedom" revolution in Iran.

In conclusion, there is no discourse other than “Changing the Constitution of the Islamic Republic” as a viable solution to save Iran.

To save Iran, we the Iranian Americans have suggested to the Senators of our states to review these eight articles in the Islamic Republic of Iran's constitution.

With Smart Sanctions (Sanctioning thieves and looters of Iran), the US policy will be in harmony with the “Woman Life Freedom” Revolution, which is a protest to the other Articles of the Iranian Constitution.

نقشه راه برای نجات ایران

هدف ما ایرانیان آمریکائی امروز سخن پراکنی و مقاله نویسی در باره تاریخ چندین هزار ساله ایران و یا صد سال اخیر، اگر بشود نامش را دوران تجدد و آبادانی گذاشت، درد امروز ایران را که غارت و خیانت و جنایت حکومت فرقه آخوند تا سرحد نابودی ایران است را دوا نمیکند

نسل جوان در داخل ایران به دنبال راه نجات و رسیدن به هدف خودش است و آنچه که ایرانیان مقیم خارج در خارج میگویند و مینویسند برایشان اهمیتی ندارد

نسل جوان ایران که امروز انقلاب زن زندگی آزادی را در ایران هدایت میکند، باید از رویدادهای ایران در پنجاه سال گذشته  مطلع و باید دو واقعه تاریخی را بداند

اول- اگر نابسامانی و ناهنجاری دربار شاه و بخشش ایران به خمینی را بتوان آنطور که خودش تقدیر الهی گفت، بخشید، بطوریکه مهدی بازرگان شاه را رهبر انقلاب میدانست، اشتباه او در مورد شاپور بختیار و دستور صریح شاهنشاه به ارتشیان که از بختیار فرمانبرداری نکنند و گوش به فرمان فردوست جاسوس انگلیس باشند، هرگز فراموش نمیشود

دوم- خدعه خمینی، آخوندی که اکثر مردم ایران اورا نمی شناختند، در سال 1342 به خاطر اعتراض به شاه که قانون اساسی را رعایت نمیکند، زندان نرفت بلکه شاه او را به بهشت آخوندها یعنی نجف فرستاد. خمینی کتاب کوچکی به نام "حکومت اسلامی" نوشت که چندین بار در قم تجدید چاپ شد

این کتاب که اصل 5 و اصل 8 و اصل 110 قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی از روی آن نوشته شده از کتاب های ممنوعه  برای مردم بود ولی آخوندها اجازه خواندش را داشتند

شاه به موجب اصل یکم قانون اساسی مشروطه برای ترویج شیعه اثنی عشری نه تنها با ساخت صدها مسجد در سراسر ایران مخالفتی نداشت، بلکه در دانشگاه تهران هم مسجد ساختند و  یک آخوند کراواتی، به نام شریعتی را در حسنیه ارشاد جا دادند برای تبلیغ اسلام به اصطلاح مدرن

در پائیز سال 1357 وقتی که خمینی را به پاریس فرستادند، دوازده ایرانی متن یک قانون اساسی با جدائی دین از حکومت برمبنای حقوق بشر و آزادی مردم و مطبوعات و هرآنچه که کنشگران سیاسی تبعیدی دوران شاه میخواستند به خمینی معرفی کردند. خمینی آنرا تائید کرد و قول داد که آن قانون اساسی آینده ایران خواهد بود

شعار اول انقلاب 1357 "استقلال آزادی قانون اساسی" بود که بعدا شد "استقلال آزادی جمهوری اسلامی".  خمینی تا روز رفراندم برای برکناری حکومت پهلوی و استقرار جمهوری اسلامی در 12 فروردین 1358 اصول آنرا برای مردم تبلیغ میکرد و حتی در اولین سخنرانی خودش در بهشت زهرا گفت: "به این چیزها دلتان را خوش نکنید چون آب و برق را مجانی میکنیم، برایتان مسکن میسازیم و حتی آخرت شما را هم تضمین میکنیم". بریده جراید و ویدئو های سخنرانی ها خمینی که بعدا ممنوعه و ناپدید شدند در آرشیو مهاجران بعدی ایران موجود است

بعد از رفراندوم 12 فروردین 1358 و با تشکیل مجلس خبرگان آخوندها به جای مجلس موسسان، چهره واقعی رژیم کم کم آشکار شد و آخوندها شروع به بحث درباره قانون اساسی کردند. مهمترین اصل ولایت فقیه که مورد مخالفت آیت الله طالقانی بود، باعث اعتراضات خیابانی در ایران شد که در سنندج بیشتر از هر جای دیگر ایران بود. خمینی همه نیروهای مسلح را به کردستان فرستاد و گفت، "نیروی دریائی هم بَرَ"...... آیت الله خلخالی هم ، همراه احمدی نژاد جوان تیر خلاص زن به کردستان فرستاده شد و کشتار آنها در کردستان فراموش شدنی نیست 

در آن سال تصویر تیرباران های خلخالی برنده جایزه پولیتسر شد

در مرداد و اوائل شهریور آیت الله طالقانی با اعتراض به اصل ولایت فقیه از مجلس خبرگان قهر کرد و به طالقان رفت. ولی بعد از بازگشت در 25 شهریور 1358 آیت الله طالقانی را کشتند و در 28 شهریور اصل 5 را در قانون اساسی گنجاندند و بدین ترتیب خدعه خمینی تکمیل شد

اکنون 44 سال است که در ایران به کمک اصل 5 قانون اساسی بیش از یک هزار ملیارد دلار دزدیده شده و در بانک های خارج به نام آخوندها گذاشته شده است. تمام صنایع، معادن، شرکتهای دولتی، کشاورزی و مقاطعه کاری به دستور ولی فقیه به بهانه خصوصی سازی به نام آخوندها و فامیل و عوامل آنها ثبت گردیده است

کشته شدن یک ملیون جوان ایران در جنگ هشت ساله و جنگ های نیابتی را میتوان بدون شک نتیجه فرمان ولی فقیه در اصل 5 قانون اساسی دانست

بسیاری در داخل ایران گفته و نوشته اند که با بودن اصل 5، احتیاجی به قانون اساسی نیست! سیاست کلان مملکت زیر فرمان ولی فقیه است! جنگ، اعدام، زندان کردن، شکنجه، مطبوعات، انتخابات و خروج ارقام باورنگردنی ارز، همه و همه با اذن رهبر طبق اصل 5 قانون اساسی است

و امروز موضوع اصلی انقلاب "زن زندگی آزادی" که حجاب میباشد، ریشه در اصل 5 ولایت فقیه دارد که فرمان ولی فقیه در ایران "آتش بیار" نامیده میشود و مجریان اوامر ولی فقیه طبق اصل 8 قانون اساسی که امر به معروف نامیده میشود، کشتار میکنند، سرکوب میکنند، اسید روی صورت دختران میریزند، دانش آموزان دختر را در مدارس مسموم میکند و ده ها اجرای امر به معروف دیگر

جوانان ایران باید بدانند فقر و فلاکت و بحران سه عامل نگه دارنده رژیم آخوندی در ایران در 44 سال گذشته بوده است آخوندها برای فقر و فلاکت مردم اجازه ثروتمند شدن کسی را به جز خودشانیها نمیدهند. فقر مردم تا سرحد فروش اعضای بدن و نیاز به یارانه و اتکا به حقوق دولتی، ایده آل آخوندهاست که بتوانند راحتتر دزدی بکنند. فلاکت اعتیاد به مواد مخدر دولتی و فحشای مذهبی که دولتی شده است

در چنین شرایطی تحریم های آمریکا مورد علاقه رژیم آخوندی است به دو دلیل: 1- تقصیر فقر و فلاکت مردم را به گردن تحریم آمریکا بیاندازند. 2- در شرایط تحریم با دور زدن تحریم ها، هر جنس و سرویس آمریکائی را به چند برابر قیمت از کشورهای ثالث وارد کرده و سود حاصله را در بانکهای غرب و شرق بگذارند

عامل سوم بقای رژیم بحران است. بحرانی که آخوندها در 44 سال گذشته در منطقه ایجاد کرده اند مورد علاقه صنایع نظامی غرب و شرق بوده و به این دلیل دولتهای غربی و شرقی که اقتصادشان با فروش اسلحه رونق پیدا میکند، رژیم آخوندی برایشان ایده آل است

غارت ایران توسط آخوندها و گذاشتن این همه پول دزدی در بانک های خارجی یکی دیگر از ضمانت نامه های حمایت غرب و شرق برای نگه داری آخوند در ایران است. برای مثال، یکی از هزاران دزدی آخوندها حواله 3 ملیارد دلار توسط خاوری از اقوام نزدیک ولی فقیه به کانادا است که دولت کانادا لوح تقدیر به این دزد شناخته شده ایران داد

دو کلیپ، یکی سخنرانی شاپور بختیار در مجلس شورای ملی و تاکید او بر قانون اساسی و دیگری ویدئوی آیت الله طالقانی در مخالفت با اصل ولایت فقیه که باعث کشتن او شد، همراه با گفتار خمینی را گوش کنید تا در خاطره ها باقی بماند

در داخل ایران انقلاب زن زندگی آزادی با وجود سرکوب مردم توسط آخوندها ادامه دارد و هرگز خاموش نمیشود

در خارج ایران، ایرانیان فرهیخته اخبار داخل ایران را به کمک اینترنت به خوبی منتشر میکنند و تاریخ پر افتخار ایران را برای جوانان بازگو میکنند. روزی نیست که گروه ها، انجمن ها، کنگره ها، احزاب و دسته های ایران مقیم خارج دور هم جمع نشوند و با اعلامبه و بیانیه خواستار سرنگونی آخوند در ایران نشوند! ولی این گفتمان ها حتی عبای آخوند را در ایران نمیگزد و با وجود این همه اعمال ضد بشری رژیم آخوند، در سازمان ملل، امروز ریاست کمیته حقوق بشر را در اختیار میگیرد

هیچ قدرتی در جهان و هیچکدام از همسایگان ایران خصوصاً اعراب نه میتوانند و نه میخواهند که رژیم آخوندی در ایران تغییر کند

حتی اسرائیل به اصطلاح دشمن اصلی رژیم آخوندی ایران، به گفته آقای نتانیاهو، رژیم آخوندی باعث نزدیکی اسرائیل به آعراب، دشمن قسم خورده اسرائیل شده است

امروز هیچ گفتمانی به غیر از تغییر قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی راه حلی برای نجات ایران نیست و در جهان هیچ دولتی به غیر از آمریکا که تمام بانکهای دنیا را به علت سوویفت و قدرت دلار زیر کنترل خود دارد، نمیتواند تغییری در ایران ایجاد کند

در نگاه اول ممکن است گفته شود، آمریکا نمیتواند برای تغییر قانون اساسی کشور دیگری اقدامی بکند

ولی قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی که در سال 1358 نوشته شده، هشت مورد در آن گنجانیده شده برای مبارزه با آمریکا و شکست آمریکا بعد از چهل و دو سال و استقرار حکومت جهانی اسلامی و توسعه تروریسم بین المللی و دشمنی با آمریکا و متحدان او و مبارزه با منافع آمریکا در هرجای دنیا

آمریکا میتواند معترض این هشت مورد در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی شود و این اعتراض در سنای آمریکا اکوی انقلاب "زن زندگی آزادی" خواهد بود

مورخین آمریکایی باید بدانند که قدرت رژیم آیت‌الله در تروریسم بین‌المللی و نبرد با منافع آمریکا تنها توسط نیروهای نیابتی آن یعنی حزب‌الله، حماس، حوثی‌های یمن و غیره نیست، بلکه هسته‌های خفته با میلیاردها دلاری است که با موافقت  ولی فقیه، هزاران معتقد به ولایت فقیه، مهاجرین ثروتمند رژیم ایران در سراسر جهان، حتی در ایالات متحده ایجاد کرده اند

برای نجات ایران، ما ایرانیان آمریکائی به سناتورها در ایالت های خودمان پیشنهاد کرده و میکنیم که این هشت مورد در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی را بررسی کنند و با تحریم هوشمندانه که تحریم دزدان و غارتگران ایران است، با انقلاب زن زندگی آزادی در ایران هماهنگ و همراه شوند
