8 steps to change the Ayatollahs Constitution
One year before the last speech of the late Shah, when leaving Iran, the first slogan of the people in the streets was: Independence, Freedom, Constitution
History is not made with ifs
However, if the Late Shah had shared his famous speech of one month before leaving Iran with the nation a year earlier, there would not have been a revolution and the unknown Khomeini would have been silenced, as suggested by Saddam Hussein to the Shah.
But what should not happen, happened.
The change of constitution movement that started for more than twenty years in Iran's universities and among the youth was made official in June 2019 with the “Manifestation of 14 people”
With change of the constitution, the Ayatollahs regime will be overthrown in Iran, but step by step, which has started since 1979. Iran is at step 4 now.
Reading and getting familiar with the text of the constitution is a must. Every teenager should have read at least ten pages of the constitution.
Step 1- The protests to the constitution started in the summer of 1979 in Kurdistan and Ayatollah Khalkhali with young AhmadiNejad massacre silenced that.
Step 2- Publishing the slogan of changing the constitution in Iran and putting that slogan in all the slogans of civil disobedience - the Green Movement of 2018 informed the people again.
Stage 3 - Bringing the regime to its knees to change the constitution with civil disobedience accompanied by the slogan of changing the constitution - this movement has continued in universities among young men and women.
Step 4 - The Manifestation of 14 people in June 2019, which followed the protest and killing of five thousand in November 2019 - the help of Iranian Diaspora opposition to spread the slogan of “changing the constitution” and contacting the heads of the countries that are resident there, so that those governments also echo the slogan of changing the constitution.
The US Government and others instead of asking for "behavior change" should ask for a change of constitution.
Because the Ayatollahs regime's behavior is exactly according the constitution.
Even if Iran's foreign minister signs an agreement that violates the constitution, that agreement is nothing more than a trick.
Now, after the revolution of "Woman Life Freedom", which is a protest to Article 5, Article 8, and Article 110 of the Constitution and started in September 2022, the movement towards the fifth step has begun.
Step 5- This step will start when Saudi Arabia recognizes Israel.
In that case, the consumption date of the mullahs in Iran will expire!
It does not matter which party is in power in the US, the American sanctions will be Smart Sanction.
It means sanctioning the heads of the regime and their families and associates and blocking their bank accounts.
Only a smart sanction will force the mullahs to negotiate with the supporters of constitutional change inside Iran.
Step 6- Negotiation of the opposition inside Iran with the regime will start.
With a temporary constitution, election of the National Assembly can be carried out.
Step 7- A temporary constitution proposed by Dr. Hassan Nayeb Hashem for election.
This is the basic law for the transition period and elections of the National Assembly.
The constitution of Nayeb Hashem is the constitution of the Islamic Republic by removing its religious principles and removing Article 5 and removing Article 110 and adding the basics of human rights, it can even be accepted by the reformists of the regime.
Step 8- National Assembly and approval of the future constitution of Iran.
In the websites of www.ghanoon.org and www.CyrusForce.org , there are few samples of the constitution proposed by various people and groups, which the members of the National Assembly can read and after negotiation, they can write and approve the constitution themselves.
Step 9- Destruction of the structure of the Ayatollahs government, overthrowing the mullahs' regime in Iran and returning all the looted wealth to Iran and determining the Republic or Imperial system is not Cyrus Force concern currently.

چهل و چهار سال پیش، یکسال قبل از آخرین سخنرانی شاه فقید اولین شعار مردم در خیابانها این بود
استقلال، آزادی، قانون اساسی
تاریخ با اگر ها ساخته نشده
ولی اگر انوشه روان شاهنشاه آریامهر سخنرانی مشهور خودش را که یک ماه قبل از ترک ایران ایراد کرده بود، یک سال قبل از آن با ملت در میان گذاشته بود، انقلابی نمیشد و خمینی ناشناس را صدام حسین همانطور که به شاه فقید پیشنهاد کرده بود، برای همیشه ساکت میکرد
ولی آنچه که نباید بشود، به وقوع پیوست
جنبشی که بیش از بیست سال در دانشگاه های ایران و در میان جوان ها برای تغییر قانون اساسی شروع شده در خرداد سال 98 با بیانیه 14 تن رسمیت پیدا کرد
امسال با تغییر قانون اساسی، رژیم آخوندی در ایران سرنگون خواهد شد ولی مرحله به مرحله
مرحله 1- خواندن و آشنائی با متن قانون اساسی که هر نوجوانی لااقل ده صفحه قانون اساسی را خوانده باشد ولی در تابستان 1358 در کردستان شروع شد و کشتار خلخالی آنرا سرکوب کرد
مرحله 2- انتشار شعار تغییر قانون اساسی در ایران و گذاشتن آن شعار در تمام شعارهای نافرمانی مدنی - جنبش سبز 1388 دوباره مردم را آگاه کرد
مرحله 3- به زانو درآوردن رژیم برای تغییر قانون اساسی با نافرمانی مدنی همراه شعار تغییر قانون اساسی - در دانشگاه ها و بین مردان و زنان از خود گذشته این جنبش ادامه داشته
مرحله 4- بیانیه 14 تن در خرداد 1398 که اعتراض و کشتار ابان 1398 را به دنبال داشته - اکنون کمک آپوزیسیون خارج برای اشاعه شعار تغییر قانون اساسی و تماس با سران کشورها ایکه مقیم آن هستند، تا آنکه آن دولتها نیز از شعار تغییر قانون اساسی پشتیبانی کنند و به جای درخواست "تغییر رفتار" خواستار تغییر قانون اساسی شوند. چون رفتار رژیم دقیقاً بر اساسی قانون اساسی است و حتی اگر وزیر خارجه ایران قراردادی خلاف قانون اساسی امضا کند، آن قرارداد یک خدعه و تقیه بیش نیست. اکنون بعد از انقلاب "زن زندگی آزادی" که اعتراض به اصل 8 و اصل 5 و اصل 110 قانون اساسی است و از سپتامبر 2022 شروع شده حرکت به سوی مرحله پنجم آغاز شده است
مرحله 5- این مرحله وقتی شروع خواهد شد که عربستان اسرائیل را به رسمیت بشناسد. در آنصورت تاریخ مصرف آخوند در ایران تمام میشود و فرقی نمیکند که چه حزبی در آمریکا بر سرکار باشد و تحریم های آمریکا هوشمندانه خواهد شد. یعنی تحریم سران رژیم و خانواده ها و وابسته های آنها و بلوکه کردن حساب های بانکی آنها. فقط تحریم هوشمندانه آخوندها را مجبور به مذاکره با طرفداران تغییر قانون اساسی در داخل ایران خواهد کرد
مرحله 6- مذاکره آپوزیسیون داخل ایران با رژیم برای تغییر قانون اساسی که بتوان با آن قانون اساسی موقت انتخابات مجلس شورای ملی انجام شود
مرحله 7- انتشار قانون اساسی پیشنهادی دکتر حسن نایب هاشم برای انجام انتخابات. این قانون اساسی برای دوران گذار و انتخابات مجلس شورای ملی میباشد. قانون اساسی نایب هاشم قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی با حذف اصول دینی آن و حذف اصل 5 و حذف اصل 110 و اضافه کردن مبانی حقوق بشر بوده و میتواند حتی مورد قبول اصلاح طلبان رژیم هم باشد
مرحله 8- انتخابات مجلس شورای ملی و تصویب قانون اساسی آینده ایران. در وب سایت "قانون دات ارگ" ده نمونه قانون اساسی پیشنهادی افراد گوناگون گذاشته شده که اعضای مجلس شورای ملی میتوانند این نمونه ها را بخوانند و بعد از مذاکره، خودشان قانون اساسی را بنویسند و تصویب کنند
مرحله 9- نابودی ساختار حکومت آخوندی سرنگونی رژیم آخوندی در ایران و بازگشت تمام ثروت های غارت شده از ایران و تعین نظام جمهوری یا شاهنشاهی
